NCM is a company set up by Obafemi Oluwole Onashile FNIQS, FRICS a renowned Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager of repute who rose to become the President (2020-2023) of the Africa Association of Quantity Surveyors – a pan Africa Association of Quantity Surveying Institutions in the different countries of Africa.
Throughout his career, he has worked on dozens of projects, including upscale residential developments, multiple occupancy commercial office buildings, and luxury hotel developments.
Our Mission
The objective of the company is to assist project financing organizations (such as Banks, Local Authorities, and other Project Sponsors or Funders), to technically superintend the construction projects they are financing.
Our Targets
In carrying out our services, we ensure that:
i) Projects are executed to Funding Agreement terms in terms of scope and size of development, acceptable quality standards, and scheduled timelines.
ii) Projects are executed in a conducive Health and Safety environment without casualties.
iii) Projects are executed under a well-integrated project management delivery system that assures great value-for-money invested on the project.
